"Full of life yet quiet and fairly crime-free for location. Establish residents speak to each other and watch out for each other. Close to everything and to highways (less than 1 mile to Midtown, 1 mile to Wynwood, blocks from the 95, 1/2 mile to 112 expressway. 5 miles from Downtown and Port of Miami. It doesn't get any more convenient."
