Room Description

LARGE WATERFRONT MASTER SUITE W/ PRIVATE ENTRANCE - ALAMEDA TOWNHOME

THE SPACE
300 sq. ft. Master Bedroom Suite in a waterfront Alameda townhouse. This suite offers maximum privacy with its own private entrance, en-suite bathroom, and a private garden patio. The entrance leads directly through the bathroom a feature my previous kitesurfing roommate found perfect for coming in from the water!

THE SETUP
The suite includes a walk-in closet, mini-fridge, and microwave. You will have shared access to the full kitchen, laundry, and garage storage (ideal for bikes or sports gear).

THE ENVIRONMENT
I conduct professional online training from home during weekday business hours. To ensure sufficient bandwidth and a quiet environment for live streaming, the home serves as a dedicated quiet zone during weekdays. This setup is a perfect match for a professional or student with an established off-site weekday daytime schedule.

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD
I am an active nonprofit professional who works from home. I'm a yoga lover, healthy cook, and kayaker who values a clean, respectful, and independent living environment.

"There are lots of dogs in all of Alameda. That could be considered good or bad, depending on your dog. "
  • Trulia User
"One of the safest and most convenient places in the Bay Area. I don’t have children but there are lots of school aged children in the neighborhood. Many options for sports facilities and being active outdoors. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Families outside, kids walking, riding bikes, water balloon fights and table tennis are regularly enjoyed. I moved here from the city - it’s definitely slower - shuts down early but a lovely place to call home - seemingly a lone star born from the idyllic American towns of yesteryear. "
  • Trulia User
"I see families walking their pets and going to parks. The side streets are usually blocked off for ‘safe streets’ but any main road will be busy with cars speeding by. "
