Two-story 4-bedroom, 2-bath vintage home on large Petaluma ranch. The house has a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The adjacent kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. The new washer and dryer are in the mud room off the kitchen. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Heat source are a wood-burning stove downstairs and electric heaters in the upstairs bedrooms. The large, detached garage has a workshop space and a roll-up door. Behind the garage is an animal stall and access to a large pasture. The yard has a lawn and a garden area. Occupancy restrictions apply because the house is on well and septic. PETS: One dog allowed with addl. deposit of $500.

Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. For $40 you'll get: (1) Experian Credit Report, and you may reuse your application for 30 days with BPM (Your $40 will be refunded if your application is not processed).
