This quiet well-kept 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, located above an office space in a highly desirable area of Everett is available August 7. It is located a short distance from I-5, Evergreen Way and within walking distance of downtown Everett restaurants, shopping and the Everett Clinic. Washer and dryer on site (not coin operated). One onsite parking spot provided per adult on the lease, maximum 2 adults on the lease.

Rent is $1,825 per month with a refundable damage deposit equivalent to one month's rent ($1,825.00). Landlord pays water, sewer and garbage. If there is more than one that occupy the space, there is an additional $50 per month for water, sewer and garbage. This is a smoke free, no vaping property. Due to the size of the apartment and being located above a professional office, no more than two adults can occupy the apartment. All applicants over the age of 18 years must have: 1. Completed credit and background checks ($70.33 per person) with a credit score of 650 or greater. 2. No criminal convictions. 3. No bankruptcy or foreclosures. 4. Earnings at least 2 1/2 times the monthly rent. 5. Positive rental history for 24 continuous months from a non-family member or friend. 6. At least 24 months of continuous positive employment history. 7. Tenants will be required to obtain renter's insurance that includes a minimum $100,000 general liability policy. 8. First month's rent and at the security deposit is due upon lease signing. 9. Applicants that do not meet all of the criteria will need a co-signer who does meet the criteria.

Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch. Local food is varied and there are lots of ethnic choices including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Chinese and American fair. "
