Window unit A/C and radiator heating. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas and quarterly water/sewer. Street parking only. There are garages nearby, as well as City parking passes when available. This is a second floor apartment with two flights of stairs to access.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
