The kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee cup machine and fully stocked with all the cookware you need.

A short hall off the living room leads you to the two bedrooms and a shared bath. The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed as well- cozy for your younger companions! The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower.

Through the kitchen back door, you'll find a cozy fenced in back yard; perfect to let the pets out.

Feel free to tackle any work emails on our high speed Xfinity internet.

Washer and dryer room is located in attached facility room.

Owner Pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas/electric and garbage/recycling. Security deposit equal to 1 month rent due at signing. No Smoking allowed. Up to 2 pets total allowed. Lease is month to month.
