Terrible school. Student body is out of control, many fights happen throughout the year. Lots of bullying and discrimination from students and teachers. The homework and workload is not too bad. Instead of helping students who are facing bullying the school punishes students who speak out or attempt to defend themselves against continuos bullying and abuse. There are few teachers who are supportive and care for students.

Miserable. I apologized to my student when she graduated, I wish I pulled my kids from the Saugus school system sooner.

The Veterans Memorial Elementary School (fondly referred to as The VETS) is a Pre-K through 1st grade elementary school here in Saugus. I am a parent with a daughter who graduated from here, and a son currently enrolled. This school is truly the best! The staff here, including the principal and leadership, are phenomenal. It is clear to see that the teachers care about their students. We have had a very positive experience here at The Vets and highly recommend it to anyone.

I am absolutely thrilled with my children's experience at the STEAM Academy! The faculty is outstanding—passionate, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s also clear that the Belmonte places a strong emphasis on developing well-rounded individuals who are not only academically competent but also socially responsible and compassionate.What really stands out to me, however, is the sense of community. The school fosters an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and supported, regardless of their background or interests. The relationships between students, teachers, and staff are strong, and there’s a true sense of collaboration. It's the kind of school where students are not just a number—they are valued individuals.The facilities are top-notch, with modern classrooms, a well-equipped library, and state-of-the-art technology. The school’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in every corner, from the green spaces outside to the innovative resources available for students to explore and learn.I wholeheartedly recommend Belmonte STEAM Academy to any parent or student looking for an exceptional educational experience.
