  • Elizabeth T Huffman
"Big private yards are mostly fenced for families who have a dog. Busy street nearby so not great area for walking."
  • CJ
"Friendly neighbors and lots of really nice restaurants and local shops. I am happy to kick off another chapter of life here! "
  • Marea C.
"Kids play with dead animals around here. Dogs poop is everywhere, no onenpixka up their dogs poop. Parking space are small best to park on the street, but the will be a fear of your car getting hit since the streets are so small."
  • Marea C.
"It's terrible, everyone is going the same road to get to work so some times it takes 30min of waiting in traffic to even get to work."
  • Trulia User
"Oxbow Farms i wouldn't recommended for anyone unless you are in situation were really don’t have a choice. Maintenance comes to fix your stuff always doing a halfway job leaving it worst then before. They will charge you for every single thing but when you move out they have 0 consideration for you and charge anything they can so they can keep part of your deposit. It’s ridiculous!!! Unsafe neighborhood people were actually kill there and find dead on their on homes. Police is always there for one reason or another. Office stuff only one of the worker there is nice. If you had another option I would take it. This would be your last resort."
  • DeMenezes
"I have a very short easy commute down a main road. If the light is green then it is less than 10 minutes driveway to parking lot. "
  • Marshall714
"We don’t really have community events. I love near a church that will occasionally have a thing. Other than that, I don’t live in a “neighborhood”."
  • Ericaportela1000
"A car is always ideal imo but, there is public transport through middletown to get to shopping centers, downtown newport, and up toward providence if you desire."
  • Gatyka77
"It's a small quiet town. I've only been here for 6 months and it has been easy to get aroun. Also there's a good night life close by in Newport. "
  • Michelle M. P.
"My neighborhood is close to downtown Newport, but far enough away that you don’t have to go through downtown everyday if you don’t want to. Very dog friendly area, near a park and the tennis courts. Just near the highway/bridge. Quiet with a community feel to it."
