This is a 6 bedroom house located at 396 Sumner Ave Akron Oh. The $475 rent is just for one private room. All the utilities will be prorated at the end of the month then added to the next months rent. The rooms approximate 250 sq/ft with shared large common area/living room, deck, free washer/dryers, two bathrooms, a communal kitchen (two refrigerators, gas stove/oven), two different entrances/exits, and parking lot. There will be a one time $475 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. The prorated utilities pays for water, gas, electric, and waist. You will have to hook up your own internet. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically put you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee. The rooms are right next to the Akron University campus as well as a few different restaurants. If it is listed there are still availabilities. Please don't ask me if it is still available. Ask me if you qualify.
