"This is an extremely well kept professional neighborhood of custom homes. It is centrally located with easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and major highways. The school system is consistently rated among the best in the state. The neighborhood sidewalks offer a safe and family friendly environment with close proximity to several parks and recreational areas."
  • dvdthedrgn
"I lived in these condos for 6 years, and I loved it. Downtown Akron is 15 minutes away, downtown Cleveland is only 25 minutes away. The Mall, local shops, diners, etc etc are less than 10 minutes away. The area is still growing and these condos are tucked away in the perfect secluded little spot in an upper middle class neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves and I'm never disturbed by sounds of neighbors moving around in their units. The HOA fees are also the best deal in the area by far. "
