The kitchen features granite counters, lots of cabinets, and recessed lighting. Off the central hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms and utility closet. The front bedroom offers a closet and large window while the primary bedroom features multiple closets and its own bathroom. Although there is a community laundry area, the utility closet in the hallway could be converted into a laundry room as some other units have done.Additional features include wood flooring, new windows, central heating and air conditioning, single car parking space, community pool, and security gates.
