You always hearing gun shots throughout the night. This ward is a terrible place to raise a family. They rather let the vacant lots over grow with grass and trash than let people like myself who take care of the vacant lot next to my house have the lot. I’ve lived in this ward for 14 yrs taking care of vacant lot next to my house. Applied to buy it numerous times and they still won’t allow me to buy it. But they also won’t clean up themselves. Do not raise your family in ward 2. They don’t care about the people or the neighborhood. "
