Also has 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor shower and a bbq grill in the best area of Avon short drive to super market and several restaurants/bars, cafes and retail shops.

$2500 per month in the off-season Oct-April and $2500 per week during peak season May-Sept. If you're looking for a full year lease feel free to make an offer and let me know your situation such as who you will be living with, what you do for work, if you have any pets, if you smoke etc. Thanks for inquiring!

Prices are $2500 per month in the off-season (Nov-April), and $2,500 per week/$8,500 per month in the peak season (May to October). Everything is included in weekly rental and water/garbage is included in monthly rental. Tenant pays electric and cable/internet for any rental 1 month or longer.
