"There’s not any public transportation and people speed on side streets. Other than the speeding it’s a relatively safe area to live in. "
  • Auntikaka
"Don’t live here. Just visiting. But we love it here. We would like to visit this area, and surrounding areas every year. My husbands step sister lives here and she lost her husband and is now alone in her house with her dogs. We love visiting her and her son, who lives not far from her. "
  • Diego Rodriguez
"Eyes on a new moon in a month and I have a feeling that I might have to go back in the morning and do a few things for "
  • Toni Ewell
"The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
  • Toni Ewell
"Streets do not have good lighting. There are several hills that have blind spots for children riding their bikes or for others walking their dogs. The security officer does not always do their job in checking who comes in and out of the Harbor."
  • Toni Ewell
"A lot of Airbnb developing here. Neighbors do not seem to communicate or do things here unless you were born here. Halloween is fun here though."
  • Vicki
"Neighbors are all friendly and help each other whenever possible - wonderful atmosphere that is shared by so many"
  • Jdssquirrel

  • KWI
"It's really lovely here. Neighbors are friendly, yards and homes are well maintained, gated community is very safe and allows only residents and renters in. Off the beaten path so there is very little traffic or noise. Views are out of this world. Heard only 3 sirens in 3 years! There are curmudgeons everywhere. ;)"
  • Kathy D.
"hard to get out of my driveway. I live on the bypass and in the summer, very few will let you out or in the drive way. to many cars on the road in peek seasons, sit at stop lights sometimes 3 cycles. "
  • D

  • Chillaxyz
"They would love it, lots of open area to walk, little to no cars in my area. Other places are fairly populated, wouldn’t walk at night. "
