Located in the Colington Harbour gated community with deep canals leading to the sound, A BOATERS DREAM! The unit is also very close to the marina, beach and sound front pool. For a nominal fee, residents may also join the Yacht and Racket Club, which allows use of the two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and community clubhouse.

Owners use security cameras around the exterior of the property for additional security features.

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
