Other furnishings provide plenty of cabinet/drawer space for the tenant's clothes and other possessions. Skylights illuminate the kitchen and the bathroom with natural light. ATTACHED COVERED PARKING for one vehicle is provided, a few steps from the entry door. Entirely new HVAC system installed this past year, as well as new LED lighting. Floored attic storage is also available. This charming guest house has been re-painted and move-in ready. Minimum 6 month lease (shorter leases can be negotiated for an increased amount). Application (no charge) required. The security deposit is $2800 plus the first month's rent of $2800. Utilities provided include electricity, water and trash pickup, Cspire wireless fiber internet, and YouTube wireless TV, plus other streaming services such as Netflix, Max, and Hulu (there is a 55-inch Sony Bravia Smart TV).     "We can walk to the theater, bowling alley, restaurants, and stores. Well lit sidewalks. Every First Thursday there is a neighborhood block party where businesses stay open later and have live music in the street. "
