ATTACHED COVERED PARKING for one vehicle is provided, a few steps from the entry door. Entirely new HVAC system installed this past year, as well as new LED lighting. Floored attic storage is also available. This charming guest house has been re-painted and move-in ready. Minimum 6 month lease (shorter leases can be negotiated for an increased amount). Application (no charge) required. The security deposit is $2500 plus the first month's rent of $2500.
