Windows of homes have been replaced and exterior painted. Perfect space for small family wanting home close to fonder district and University of MS Medical Center.

Renter will be responsible for all utilities (property fully electric) and yard maintenance. Security deposit will be refundable at end of lease upon inspection of property and it is determined to be returned to owner with no damage other than normal wear and tear. No pets allowed. No smoking in home preferred but any smoke damage determined at end of lease will be deducted from security deposit. HUD vouchers excepted with any portion of rent not covered by voucher renter is responsible for. Security deposit due at lease signing and 1st month rent due at move in.
