Come see this nicely remodeled 3 bedroom apartment. Forget the vacuum we have hardwood floors. With approximately 1400 sq ft this is likely the largest apartment you will find. Appliances include range, fridge, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer hook ups in basement. Plenty of storage, plenty of space, don't hesitate it won't last. Tenant responsible for utilities. We accept pets just ask. Application fee is $35 per person 18 or older. We only do paper applications, and you can pay for the application when you come to view the home. This avoids some scams going on out there!

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
