Application Process
Screening is conducted through American Tenant Screening. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. Applications can be emailed upon request or completed during a scheduled walkthrough of the property.

Qualification Standards
Applicants who do not meet the following minimum screening standards will not be approved:
 Applicant must provide a current photo ID and a valid Social Security number.
 Monthly household income must be at least three times the monthly rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
 Applicant must receive positive references from all landlords over the previous five years.
 Applicant may not have any prior evictions or unpaid judgments owed to previous landlords.
 Applicant must demonstrate responsible financial history.
 A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years of age or older.

Pet Policy: One cat or one dog permitted. Dogs must weigh 25 pounds or less. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required. Qualified service animals and assistance animals are not considered pets and will be accommodated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
