The open layout and numerous windows make for optimal eye travel to capture the action, inside and out! Perfectly accessible outdoor space means you can really enjoy the patio and fenced yard as an extension of your living space. Upstairs, find an impressive primary with cathedral ceilings, walk-in closet, and bathroom with an oversized shower and freestanding tub. 3 additional bedrooms, a generous shared bath, and laundry room round out the 2nd floor. Still, more room to spread out in the lower level where there's already some spiffy finished space and loads of potential for more if needed.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you are looking for woke culture, school lock downs and students that identify as cats (yes, no language, but differing meow tones) then Milton Public Schools is “fur” you. Seriously, this is an oversized, entitlement permissive, waste of public funds.Parent Review2mo ago - Collicot Elementary School

"I’m not sure about the community events held in Milton, however the local grocery store: Fruitcenter Marketplace is fantastic and has the best produce I’ve ever had. Also there are fantastic restaurants. I also really enjoy the plant nurseries in the area. Milton is a great place if you are looking for a pretty diverse community right outside of the city. The school district here is pretty decent, however they do need to update their policies and cultural responsive teaching approach. The schools should also consider hiring more black/ teachers of color. In addition to that they should hold more direct conversations about race, and the way systemic racism manifests and several realms. Tip toeing around racism begets more racism. To that point, there needs to be more conversations about class, sexuality, religion, race and the intersectionality of those things. Other than that Milton is a cute town. I love living here and wish to raise my children here- especially if they can exists being who they truly are."
