Parent Review3y ago13 Reviews - Paul Laurence Dunbar Middle School

I’ve reported to the school about people talking bad about me with teachers and they didn’t do anything people stole my clothes and the school wouldn’t do anything about it even with proof it was mine… teachers are so mean to the kids some don’t even let them go to the bathroom or the clinic ever even in a emergency teachers cuss to us principal yells at everyoneStudent Review9mo ago16 Reviews - Edgewood Academy

The grade levels have 1-3 classes per grade max which makes for better safety and they offer a lot of specialty classes that other schools dontParent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Fort Myers Middle Academy

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a flvs student and I had a teacher for my PM3 testing and my teacher was not very fun to be around. She didn't let me leave when I was done but I didn't belong to the school. I could've walked out and what would have she done? Everytime I asked if I could have leaved early from the front desk they said, "You can leave because your not apart of the school". Everytime I asked her she said, "You can't leave because that's what the testing proctor said". Come on people. I had to sit in a classroom for about 2 hours before I could leave. I had to wait until everyone else was done even if I was done with my test. Why wait for everyone to be done if I don't belong to the school? I could have got picked up.Other Review11mo ago12 Reviews - Fort Myers High School

They have duel enrollment which allows students to graduate with h.s diploma and get AA degree but the school could care less about those students. 2025 graduation ceremony didn’t have one thing listed about duel enrollment .Parent Review11mo ago7 Reviews - Franklin Park Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI want to say through these simple words that the school surprised me very positively last year, 2024-2025. When I saw the online evaluation, I confess I was sad, but upon arriving at the school and seeing the structure, how well my daughter was welcomed and extended to me, she was welcomed, and she was happy again at school. The 21st was an incredible discovery, as a tribute to Ms. Caceres and her coworkers. I am grateful for the dedication and professionalism of each staff member, from the reception, the effective management and striving for the best for the students, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff—everyone! Especially Ms. Ortega (Marieny Ortega), who went above and beyond—firm, educational, supportive, welcoming, and motivating in her actions and words. She made a difference not only in the student's school year but also in me as a mother. Thank you very much! God bless everyone, and I am happy to continue in the next year, 2025-2026. In short, I couldn't leave a lower review than thank you Franklin Park Elementary School - Fort Myers FL.Parent Review8mo ago1 Reviews - Orangewood Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff exploits the total lack of accountability. Administration targets students and families as retaliation for complaints. Under leadership of the previous principal the school received a grade A for 5 out of 7 years. With the current principal at the reigns, the school has never received an A, yet they are the 2nd highest paid principal in the district. This principal takes liberties that are not within her authority, yet the district provides no accountability. While the administration is terrible at this school, it is a product of the school board and district's example of zero accountability. Consequences for noncompliance with policies only exist for students and parents.Parent Review2y ago7 Reviews - Estero High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal plays favorites with his employees. For instance, one, long time, hard working employee can be entirely overlooked and placed in new position to be replaced by a less educated and older choice from the principal. When the principal and/or school board members fail their best and brightest younger teachers, it's the students who will untimely fail.Other Review2y ago9 Reviews - Bonita Springs High School

"Traffic is nuts! Especially “in season “ Not sure what they were thinking with traffic management. Oh, they didn’t. Many drivers are lost, too old or never learned how to drive. They don’t even have the tech for emergency vehicles to change the stop lights prior to going through the intersection. "
