About this House

Condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,394 sq ft. Includes an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, two flat-screen smart TVs (one in a bedroom and one in the living room), a living-room soundbar, and an attached two-car garage. Up to one dog under 25 lb and one cat are permitted; a $200 deposit is required for each approved pet. Renter pays gas and electricity and arranges and pays for their own internet and cable; owner pays water and trash/sewer. The bedroom TV and living-room soundbar remain the owner's property. If a renter damages either TV before completing 24 continuous months of tenancy, the renter is responsible for repair or replacement. After 24 continuous months of tenancy, the living-room TV becomes the renter's property and the renter is responsible for it thereafter.

    "It’s a good neighborhood for dog owners. Cat owners freely let their cats outside during the day so keep in mind a cat might be owned even if they are outside alone. I usually keep my dogs on leash but I’ve seen trained dogs walk with their owners without a leash and they are usually tamed."
