The property also includes 39' of concrete docks with 10,000 lb. boat lift.

6 month lease (adjustable/extendable at signing). No smoking allowed by tenants or guests. Electricity service and payment are the responsibility of the tenant. All other utilities and services (WiFi, pool, lawn) are provided by the owner (not to exceed $100 water/sewer).
