3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe new law and health magnet programs are amazing. I learn way more going to a magnet school than going to a traditional high school. The teachers care about their students and if they are passing. The teachers also are able to work one on one with each student if its needed because the classes are small enough to do so. The student body is also amazing. We all are able to keep our grades up because we are fighting to be in the top ten percent of our class.Student Review9y ago - Lanier High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm very happy with the teachers and the care they show their students my granddaughter is learning so much and has become a straight a student. In her former school she would cry about going to school here she is up and ready and is even a patrol and she loves it. I can see her growing, learning and excited about school.Parent Review2mo ago - Rhodes Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is awful! It is unsafe for students and teachers! I have worked here for a number of years, the first few years I had no problems. New administration came in and they are a joke! They do not take any action and let their teachers get assaulted by students with no action of any kind of discipline. I can't wait to leave this school. I fear for my life and my students when I walk in the doors. Parent please do not send you magnet students here it's a horrible place! The only reason it has 1 star is because I had no ability to put 0.Teacher Review9y ago - Check out schools near 3811 W Martin St.

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood 22 years The street I live on and many closeby have have been quiet streets in that time, highway access is very convenient and closeby . Downtown and City college only 2 miles away, woodlawn park as well as popular areas of activities conviniently easy to get to. Happy to see area being rejuvinated, houses are being flipped, and city investment in infrastructure has been consistent. I spent final years as a teen here and In light of renewed interestvand investment in area look forward to seeing my kids grow up here."
