All 10 out of 10 in Goodschool rated school (middle and high). A lot of local community activities, county fair, holiday parade, all kinds of ball games for kids (my son is in soccer, baseball). New YMCA with very extensive programs for all ages, including swimming. No SEPTA coverage. However, I feel better that way if you know what I mean. Short drive to Lansdale R5 train station."
