"Traffic is terrible. Drivers are terrible. Only one bus covers the area and the drivers are also terrible! Tons of coyotes in the area that will stalk u on a night walk. LOTS of police activity including helicopters and loud speakers at midnight or later! "
  • Trulia User
"Every dog I’ve met is super friendly and most owners are very good about keeping them leashes for everyone’s safety HOWEVER! it’s VERY common for owners to not pick up after their dogs even with the numerous public use trash cans AND the few provided poo bag stations found here and there…. "
  • Trulia User

"great to live here. quiet and close to all the necessary markets, retail, shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, hospitals, freeways, car dealerships, schools, university, and parks. also, low crime rate and police presence. Thar community is peaceful and feels safe. I like the location to the beaches, the mountains, the desert, and San Diego and Orange county. The best kept secret. "

"Right next to the park, love running here. A nice mixture of apartments and family homes. I feel safe running here and it is very dog friendly. "
  • Dre.thegirl
"It's a nice little area to feel safe walking your dog, especially in the morning. However, I would caution to keep small pets inside at night because there are coyotes."
  • JOSHUA T.
"Plenty of dog owners here. It’s nice to walk around the shopping center. there is a local dog groomer that is priced well, they leave water outside to passers by, and the apartment complexes nearby keep their grounds well. We have two small pugs and they enjoy the area. There is a large park called andulka, just down the street that is a couple blocks long, and they usually host special events there. "
  • Ivette Q.
"It’s a very nice calm area, with real nice view .But A lot of college students since it’s close to UCR. If you leave your car unlocked at night it will get broken into. "
  • Elfiraitem
"A lot of Grown Trees, quiet, easy to get to 91 fwy and 215 fwy. Closed to grocery store, a lot of restaurants. Not to crowded. Easy to walk my dogs. Rent is expensive for townhomes that has no back yards🙁"
  • Maris
"this is a family area where our kids walk and playing around. it's also pet friendly. our park is very beautiful and well keep it."
  • Luckielorie
"Dog owners should be mindful of coyotes in the neighborhood. Small dogs should be watched carefully, as it appears to be a very real threat in the neighborhood."
  • Anna
"The dogs are a nescience and bark a lot in the morning. Some neighbors moved in and have loud music land cause trouble "
  • Alexandra G.
"There’s a huge park that your dog can run around on and we’re really close to Sycamore Canyon where a lot of people take their dogs hiking. It’s not unusual to see neighbors walking their dogs around the neighborhood at any hour of the day/night and there’s a cute little pet shop in the town center."
  • Daltonlorena
"The plaza across the street always has something for the holidays and they also decorate very nicely."
