The home was built in 1910 and has been tastefully updated to include a modern kitchen. Flooring is wood, vinyl, and newer carpets. The charming laundry porch includes both a washer and a dryer. The primary bedroom comes with a private bathroom. The Source of heat is 3 baseboard heaters and a pellet stove. There is no garage, however; there are two sheds for storage. The home is on well and septic. The home is located within a short distance of Dunham Elementary School and close to Cotati and Petaluma.

One cat or one small dog under 15 lbs. is considered with an additional deposit.

The yard around the home is for tenant use; larger fields and larger barns are used and maintained by the owner.
The Owner would prefer no co-signers, please. One-year lease required.
