Large closets in both bedrooms, closets in the entry hall for extra storage and an outside closet on the back patio for storage. Sliding glass doors to back patio, breakfast nook in kitchen, washer dryer hook-up in kitchen. Central heat and air, ceiling fans in all rooms. Lawn maintenance handled by property owner.

Tenant is required to pay all utilities. The water, garbage and recycle bill is split with the tenant in the other half of the building.
