Quiet and private. unit is at the back of the complex over the garages. No one below, New paint, new flooring, newer window coverings. Large kitchen with abundant counter space & cupboard space. Fold down kitchen table built into the wall for extra versatility. Southern exposure allows for all day sunlight into apartment. Ocean breezes stream through large windows. Lots of ample street parking and On-site laundry. Close to CSULB, public transportation, shopping & restaurants. Freeway close to Los Angeles. NO smoking, NO pets and Zillow applications will not be accepted.

Owner pays gas, water & sewer. Tenant pays electric.

To qualify: Credit score must be no less than 700. Monthly gross income to qualify must be 2.5 times the rent We do not accept past evictions, judgments, or collections from a management company.

Landlord Renter's Insurance is required. Proof of coverage must be provided upon the signing of your lease. Cosigners are only accepted for students and cosigner must have a FICO credit score of 700 or higher. Scores below 700 will not qualify.
