Outside, the house features a low maintenance ivy front yard off the front porch and a deck leading to a fenced garden area with a small plot of grass for children or pets. One car off street parking is outside the back fence.

Cleveland park is friendly, historic neighborhood with shops, restaurants, entertainment, and schools. The house is a short walk to the Uptown Movie Theater, countless restaurants and bars, swimming pools and a dog park.

Pet's will be considered on a case by case basis and additional non refundable Pet Deposit required. The back of the house has a dog door which opens to fenced back porch and yard when not secured from the inside.
