"This is a dog-friendly area. There is a nice dog park that is well maintained and not very crowded. You can access the Comm Ave Carriage Road or Charles River paths for long walks. There are also several large parks nearby."

"It can be difficult getting in and out of this neighborhood during rush hour, but most of the time there is no traffic or it is minimal. Very easy access to Mass Pike and Boston."
