"DEFINITELY NOT FOR THAT PRICE!! Not a safe neighborhood. That area is one of the most dangerous in the fair haven area. These landlords are brutal. "
  • Jt97vdybbr
"A visit there and I like this area I saw the house in app and I like it now I want to see the house inside and I wanna live there "
  • Trulia User
"none known of in the area, more towards downtown area, scary neighborhood and not well lit at all beautiful houses not beautiful people at all"
  • Trulia User
"Nothing I felt/ feel safe going to. Violence has risen here in the last couple of years. I would never let my children outside to play without supervision. This area used to be "Grand" many years ago, but in ensuing years has really gone downhill. It's actually sad. School system isn't as good as touted either. "
  • Trulia User
"The water view, the location of schools. I feel safe walking home or letting my kids play outside."
  • Troy A.
"Been out here a year street has too much traffic and is very dangerous because of the traffic otherwise it's ok just moved here to be closer to work and it's convenient "
  • Troy A.
"None that I know of I work allot and hardly ever home moving soon out of this area too much traffic and noise my dog doesn't like all the noise allot of inconsiderate neighbors dangerous traffic that is constant definitely not what I eat bargaining for when I moved here just close to work.I'm moving fiirst chance I get."
  • Alexandercolon

  • Glitzgb2004
"Many families here and crime is high. All you hear is sirens. Some people are nice others are not. There are plenty of local stores and public transportation in the area."
  • Alexandercolon240
"I been living here for almost 6 or 7 years and it good but not good at the same time but it not quit "
  • Alexander C.
"It a fun place for to live some part of it but it not quiet at all west haven is better place to live I love dog "
  • Monique
"No parking and loud noise at night but other that cool place to live. A lot younger people live in area"
  • jose l gonzalez
"My neigborhood has great access to public transportation to downtown and many colleges , it is not the best neigborhood but is ok"
  • Grafflifeedward
"A lot of good people here and they are always looking out for each other in the neighborhood. Also there are several community groups that have programs for children. And diverse schools with a focus on higher education. Would definitely recommend the area for families."
  • Kyrasia
"It’s dangerous everywhere in new haven except downtown. You can’t avoid that anywhere though. But it has some great qualities. Shopping plazas just about anywhere, restaurants open til midnight, and loads of activities to do. There are about four libraries in new Haven alone, and museums in the heart of down town. "
  • Kr980
"Way too many dirt bikers riding around causing havoc, unregistered cars everywhere. plus neighbors sit around on the front porch all day doing nothing. Loud music played by inconsiderate people around the neighborhood. Can’t wait till I move out of here "
  • Rachel
"i grew up here I've it such an old fashioned feel . alot of the people I grew up with are still here "
  • Tamxrahman
"I have lived here only since 2014 but we never want to live. Incredibly diverse wonderful neighborhood, with gorgeous river park, amazing food, good grocery store, and easy bus routes into downtown NH"
  • Maricapricorn
"I live in the neighborhood for over 30 Years and it’s a good area for my kids to grow up. I feel safe I love my neighbor. People are kind and police is on top of the game.,"
  • Glenn D.
"I used to live here and I know there are few vacant businesses and there is a thriving community and pretty good schools, its like a family neighborhood."
