My children have had a great experience at FAME. We value that the school offers bilingual / biliterate teaching in English and Spanish starting in kindergarten. This past year they added Arabic for upper grades. The teachers are supportive and effective. There is a weekly event for parents to meet at the school called “Good Morning FAME.”

My two children are international students at this school and have achieved excellent progress here. The teachers are all professional and patient, with their ESL teachers delivering particularly high-quality instruction. We also benefit from the academic support offered by Yale student volunteers. Moreover, the school’s varied activities effectively promote students’ comprehensive abilities.

I've been at this school for 10+ years and these 10+ years have been the hardest years of my life just bc of how the school has treated me and how I was treated by students and staff which plays a huge part in my depression and anxiety. They don't truly care for the students until it gets noticeably bad and will let your grades and mental deteriorate without saying a word, they only mention grades when they're so bad and don't understand the circumstances or the reason you've let it get so bad. So for any parent reading, please save your kids the heartache of attending this school, if you want them to enjoy even an inkling of going to school don't make the decision of bringing them here.

Current Parent (5 years) My child loves HH. He finds the faculty easy to engage and knowledgeable. He is seen and heard on campus . There is an academic rigor coupled with activities to advance the human race … kindness, compassion, celebrating each student’s unique contribution to the school community. The school seeks families to build a positive school community. The small classes, individualized attention give kids a lot of space to emotional and academic growth. Worth every penny . Don’t be afraid of the sticker price . Apply!
