BRAND NEW A/C and heating units for each living space. Breathe the fresh salt air as you take a morning walk in this quiet and friendly beach community. There's an enclosed patio to enjoy meals or read a book. The home is less than five minutes to the private association beach. Head into nearby Niantic for brunch, lunch or dinner and enjoy the even more shopping, theaters, cinemas and other entertainment that are just a short drive or bike ride away. Take a day drop to Boston, New Haven or New York-- an easy train trip from nearby Old Saybrook train station which means an easy commute to the office, too. The home is 10 miles (18 minutes) from Connecticut College and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and 4 miles (10 minutes) to Millstone.

We are looking for renters interested in a three month lease from February 15 to May 15 2022, but will consider shorter periods if mutually acceptable. The monthly rent included in this listing does not apply to the summer season. Summer season (June 15, 2022 - September 15, 2022) weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire if interested in a summer rental.

All utilities included (heat, electricity, water, internet). First and last month's rent due at signing of lease. All interested tenants must submit application and a credit check will be performed.

    "People here are mostly gentle and kind. My cat went missing once and the community exploded with kind words and support. Always plenty to do between Rocky Neck, the boardwalk, and all the cozy shops and parks. Beautiful scenery at all times of year. We moved here during the winter and the cute little street lights on Main street were done up like we had stepped on the set of a Hallmark movie."

    "Cute little beach area. Private beaches are not huge but do the trick. The beaches are on the river not the sound. Not all pet owners are courteous with cleaning up after their pets. Making changes such as fencing or a carport are next to impossible due to zoning regulations and neighbors making a big stink. Who wants to live with that?"
