WIFI is included. For a six month lease, tenant can put utilities in their name. For less than 6 month lease, add $250 to the monthly cost to include all utilities.
The house has solar panels which greatly helps with the electric bill!. With a short term lease of one to three months I add a simplified utility charge which is actually less than the average cost of utitilites --add $250 for all utilities (water, natural gas. electric, sewer, trash).
Dogs and Cats need to be approved in advance -- I love dogs and they will love this large, fenced yard. That being said, large and shedding dogs will need to be approved in advance. Pets which are not house trained - especially cats --are a deal breaker for me.
I don't allow smoking inside the house but the garden has a table and seating so that's fine outside
