Currently Pending - check back on Friday to see if still listed.This red-brick mid-century beauty is bright and cheerful with lots of large windows that have privacy screens. There is no carpet and ceiling fans. It has a full size washer and dryer in unit. Also a good size back patio and large bathroom!

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
