Discover the essence of Southwest living in this Santa Fe-style treasure by TJ Bednar. From stucco exteriors to Saltillo tile throughout, this home blends seamlessly with the desert landscape. Outdoors- artistic features accentuate mature saguaros, mesquite trees, and sunset views with a private patio off the primary suite. The commitment to quality is evident in freshly painted exterior, wood elements, arches, a fireplace, and vigas that adorn the home. The natural landscaping, paver pathway, and courtyards create an outdoor retreat for living and entertaining. Inside, the split-floor plan leads to the heart of the home, warmed by a beehive fireplace, telling tales of tradition and modernity. The kitchen balances aesthetics with practicality, featuring updated lighting, countertops, and newer appliances.
