We are located in beautiful South Eugene. We feature sparkling clean studio, one, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments for an affordable rate! Prices start at $675 and up to $1250. Our deposit amounts are $400, $800 and $1600 that will be based off of credit, background and rental references.
