Monthly Rent & Utilities
Rent and utility charges (RUBS) are paid directly to the Hunt Club Apartments leasing office through your resident portal or other approved payment methods.
Residents are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own electric and cable/internet services with the providers of their choice.
Application Requirements
Every applicant 18 years of age or older who will reside in the apartment must complete a separate rental application.
Application Fee: $35 per applicant (non-refundable).
Administrative Fee: $300, due at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and covers the administrative costs associated with processing your application, preparing lease documents, and setting up your resident account.
Utility Billing (RUBS)

Hunt Club Apartments bills residents for certain utilities through a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS).

Please Note: Utility charges are billed two months in arrears. For example, utilities used in January will appear on your March resident statement.

Deposit Alternative Program

Qualified applicants may choose a Deposit Alternative instead of paying a traditional security deposit.

The program includes:

A one-time enrollment fee of $25.00, due prior to move-in.
A monthly Deposit Alternative fee, paid with your monthly rent. The monthly fee varies based on the apartment and applicant qualifications.

Choosing the Deposit Alternative helps reduce your upfront move-in costs while allowing you to move in without paying a large traditional security deposit. Participation in the program does not eliminate a resident's financial responsibility for unpaid rent, damages, or other lease obligations.

Pet Policy & Fees

Hunt Club Apartments welcomes your furry family members!

For each approved pet:

$150.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (one-time, due before move-in)
$25.00 Monthly Pet Rent per pet

All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in and are subject to the community's pet policies, breed restrictions, and lease requirements.

"The neighborhood is becoming more and more culturally diverse. There is a mix of older families who have lived in the area since the neighborhood was first built and a growing turnover of young families. Everyone is friendly, kind and respectful. The schools are continuing to improve and surprise me. Wheeling high school is now an excellent school. We initially felt we would move before our kids go to high school, but now we feel we can stay and still ensure a great education for our kids. "
  • Basia K.
"They would like if we have more spaces to let the out of the leash and don’t like for sure if there’s no poo bags stations around"
