Washer dryer supplied by tenant, and maintained by tenant. Not included in lease.

Tenant will maintain lawn, and manage snow removal on their own, or add our landscaper cost to rent for lawn service only/no snow removal.

Income needed 3x the rent amount. Credit not as important but length of employment with stable income more important. If you're currently renting, please show proof of rent payments for past 12 months. All residents 18 years & older will be on the lease.
Rents can be paid electronically through an automated website. Pets negotiable. Non smoking property.
Property manager is an IL licensed real estate broker and has an ownership interest in the home. No drama, no drugs.
