    "Everyone in the area has at least two vehicles. Traffic flow is pretty good even during rush hour.. I live 9 miles away. I can get to work in 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on traffic. During ithe winter snow removal is excellent I don’t recall the plows not getting out before I leave work."

    "I have lived here for 23 years and everyone looks out for each other. We have all watched each other’s kids grow up. Stevenson High school has been a big draw and was phenomenal for my kids.Everything you need is within 10 minutes in any direction. More people than not have dogs and we all stop and chat with each other.The neighborhood is very diverse and we all benefit from that.Every kid has either played soccer, flag football, baseball or was in dance and many of us become friends for life."
