"It’s just a quiet sunset residential town. People move here because of the school districts. That’s the main incentive that draws people in, since that’s where most of our property taxes go. It’s mostly family oriented. "

"Walkable to Metra train to city — then about a 40-minute train ride. Also close drive to highway with approx 40-60-minute drive to city. "

"It’s a sundown town. The schools are good. However, there’s not much diversity. If you have a car, you have everything you need and you’re close to 94 and 294, which makes it ideal to commute from the northern suburbs. It’s quiet for the most part and there’s not much going on. It’s mostly a residential town. You only live here if you have kids."

"There are great schools, parks, and lots of kids. Every extra-curricular activity is available. You are close to a children’s museum and only 25 miles from downtown Chicago. Take your kids downtown on the train—no parking worries."

"I see people walking their dogs everywhere. Plenty of sidewalk and walking paths. There are waste collection stations that supply bags for pick up. Dogs are always leashed, I don’t know of any off leash parks. "
