Comfortable leather recliner couch and memory foam Queen size mattress and TV included. SDGE, ATT Wi-Fi, EDCO trash paid for by owners. Newly painted. Separated bedroom area. Lots of windows with beautiful pine trees and mountain view's. We live in upper level on site. Wi-Fi, Water and Trash pick-up is included in rent. We are currently installing washer and dryer for your convenience. Located 2 minutes from Interstates 125, 94, and I-8. 15 minutes to the beach or downtown San Diego. 10 minutes to I-52. Sprouts, Vons, Albertsons, Starbucks close by. La Mesa Village Farmers market, dining and shops close by. Movie theater, Target, Walmart, Grossmont shopping mall within minutes.

Month to month furnished studio. One designated parking space. Owner pays SDGE, Helix water, EDCO trash and AT&T 5G Wi-Fi. Gas and Electric charges are paid by owner up to $300 per month, and shared 1/4 by you beyond $300. Pets on approval, $500 refundable pet deposit, plus $50 pet rent per month. 30 day notice to renew lease or vacate. Both rent and deposits are due at time of lease signing. $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit upon ending lease and vacating site, remaining deposit is refundable if there are no incidentals. Deposit is not required for renewing lease. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs allowed on property. No CBD smoked or vaped on property. There are chickens, rock doves and rabbits in coops on property. Do not disturb animals, but you may enjoy them. No tenant animal may interact with birds or animals already on property. You are responsible for keeping the furnishings and appliances clean and in good condition with normal wear and tear. You're responsible for anything and everything you need that is not provided in the furnished studio. You are required to park in a designated parking space in a way that all other drivers can exit the driveway and not be impeded by your vehicle. Easy directions will be given.
