Approach was all wrong and disrespectful not to mention embarrassing. You should have called me to set a appointment to meet in a proper venue

During covid when the kids were not supposed to be even touching each other, another child pushed my son while playing tag and he fell unconscious. When he woke up there was kids around him. I drove down to the school and no one, not even the principal
