It is also a hikers/mountain bikers/equestrian dream since it sits adjacent to State Trust Land, National Forest and near Catalina State Park. It is quiet and dark at night for wonderful star-gazing. Since the subdivision is somewhat isolated, there is a strong sense of community by those of us who live here."
