About this House

Our beautifully maintained 1840's historic brick home features very large rooms, high ceilings, big windows, hard woods floors, a mud room and is owner occupied.

Located in the heart of Saco, Maine and a 2 minute walk to Downton Main Street. We recently painted the 2nd bedroom/ Office and installed new flooring in the bathroom. This apartment is a less than a quarter mile to the Amtrak station and 2 miles to the Maine Turnpike on ramp.

Lease is for 12 months and this unit includes heat, hot water and trash disposal. This is and has always been a smoke free apartment.

Tenant is only responsible for their own utilities such as power, cable and internet. The average monthly power bill for this unit runs $65 - $125 a month (depending on consumption). We have dedicated outlets when using window AC units.

Tenant is also responsible for the winter maintenance and shoveling of their stairs (set of 7 steps). Making snow angels in the back yard is optional.

We offer free off street parking for up to 2 compact/ mid size vehicles, during all Saco snow parking bans. Bicycle storage is also available.
