This furnished apartment is located in the heart of downtown Saco, Maine.
All of our tenants have been very satisfied with our apartments.
Applicants must apply via the Zillow application process to qualify.
The unit is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Two in-town beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. Enjoy a vintage-style interior with exposed brick and wide plank pine floors.

A maximum of two pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per month, per pet.
Utilities: owner pays for: water,sewer, hot water, Internet, lawn care and driveway plowing. The tenant is responsible for the electricity bill (heating and cooling are electric) and shoveling the short distances from their kitchen door to the driveway and the three front steps leading to their mailbox on High Street .The electrical bill for the current tenant averages out to $225 per month, with the winters seeing costs over $300 and the summers closer to $100.
The unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and all standard amenities.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment. There is a king-sized bed and one full-sized futon on the property.

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
