About this House

This three bedroom apartment is located in the heart of downtown Saco, Maine.
Applicant must apply via the Zillow application process.
A maximum of two pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per month, per pet.
Utilities: owner pays for: water,sewer, lawn care, taxes and driveway plowing. The tenant is responsible for the electricity bill (heating and cooling are electric), gas bill (gas fireplace), internet and shoveling the short distances from their kitchen door to the driveway and the front steps leading to their mailbox.
The unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and all standard amenities. Tenants must purchase and keep renter's insurance.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment- no exemptions.
The owner of the building will maintain access and use the tool and supply shed located behind the apartment for renovations and or repairs. It is detached from the apartment (of course).
The unit is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Two in-town beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. Enjoy a vintage-style interior with exposed brick and wide plank pine floors. An elegant gas fireplace is located in the first floor living room.
About us: I (Joas) have taught High School Social Studies for a total of nine years. My wife Glenys works in government finance. I'm a stay at home dad for our two son that are five and three years old. Our oldest child is a six year old dog named Katy.

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "
