About this House

Charming one-story cottage located in the desirable Annandale neighborhood of North Asheville. This inviting home features hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, a separate dining room, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

Enjoy a large outdoor deck with plenty of space to relax or entertain. The home also features air conditioning and washer/dryer connections for added convenience. Yard maintenance is provided twice per month.

Utilities & Features:
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Yard maintenance is included.

Up to two adult dogs or cats are allowed with prior approval and applicable fees. No co-signers.

$50 application fee for each applicant that is 18 years or older
