No pets of any kind including birds, fish, or reptiles. No smoking or vaporing in out of the house, no disabling of smoke alarms, no washing machine or dryer, no nails or other devices for wall hangings, no visitors to stay at apartment more than 2 weeks, LL has the right to open windows in attic with prior approval of tenants in spring and summer, one car parking on site at 35 Oak St only, LL has right to inspect apartment with advance notice.
